Equipment control is done exclusively with the use of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). PLCs are extremely reliable and easy to maintain with the advantage of having a local software and hardware support  being provided by in-house maintenance staff, or through the use of local expertise from a hardware distributor.

All hardware provided by Compass Engineering Group is standard, "off the shelf" equipment and contains no proprietary components.
